At Waverunner bait boats we pride ourselves on giving the best possible after sales service to all our bait boat users. We are fully aware that time spent on the bank without the use of your boat is a massive inconvenience in your precious leisure time. With this in mind we do our very best to ensure that any problems are dealt with as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
What happens if I have a fault with my boat under warranty?
In the unlikely event of finding a fault with one of our boats under warranty you can contact us and arrange to for us to collect your boat from your doorstep and sent to us using our 24hr courier free of charge Monday to Friday. Our service department will resolve your problem then return it again using our 24hr courier. Any repairs on your bait boat under our warranty terms would be collected fixed and re sent to your address usually within 7 days excluding transportation time and taking in to account weekends and in the unlikely event of spares stock issues. The warranty covers any defects arising from the drive unit and the electronic parts of the boat, faulty material or workmanship.Collections made within mainland England.
What happens if I have a fault with my boat out of warranty?
Boats no longer under warranty that need a service or repair can be sent back by yourself. We recommend once securely packaged and excluding any bait boat batteries inside the boat or out to be sent via a courier service. We recommend for finding the best carriage rate to send back online price comparison companies such as parcel2go or parcel monkey. Once we receive your boat back we would assess the cost of the repair needed, contact you with a price for any repairs then carryout repairs if quote is acceptable. Any repairs carried out are generally done within 7 days taking into account delivery times and stock availability of spares. It is not unusual for boats to be collected repaired and received back within 7 days depending on the fix. The warranty covers any defects arising from the drive unit and the electronic parts of the boat, faulty material or workmanship. Postage rates may vary depending on location, Scottish highlands etc.....
Exclusive Waverunner 2 year warranty
We are pleased to offer a full manufactures 2 year warranty with our Waverunner MK3 bait boat unlike all other bait boat manufactures who only give a 1 year standard warranty. Excluding batteries, subject to a full service 1 year after purchase.
The first year of the warranty will cover collection from UK main land only and repair free of charge covering any defects arising from the drive unit and the electronic parts of the boat, faulty material or workmanship not covering damage caused by incorrect use accidental damage and any work carried out by any unauthorised persons.
After the first year the owner has a maximum of 14 days, one year after date that boat was registered to book a full service to extend the warranty into the second year, if not serviced after this time all repairs and carriage would be charged. All service details can be found below.
